Series class- Caregiver & Toddler 12-24 mos
Jump into this high-energy 7-week class with your little tot. This class starts with a snuggly meditation for littles and adults alike before jumping into a fun high-energy "yogi says" game and ends with yoga stretches and massages for you and your little yogi. This is a perfect cohort for littles ages 1-2 year olds. Come learn yoga while meeting other caregivers in the same stage of life. This cohort is offered on Sundays from 3:20 to 4:00 pm. Once you have paid for the course, you will receive a welcome email with more information. Price includes yoga block, yoga lovey, massage lotion and a yoga book. Class will likely be skipped on Mother's Day Weekend.
